Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was great overall. The room I stayed in, meant to be feather-free, was very nice once it was ready, but it took some time because they had to de-feather it. The service from the staff at the Philadelphia Marriott West was extremely helpful, with great local knowledge, making my stay lovely. The location, while convenient to I-276 and the western suburbs of Philadelphia, was fine, but the $10 per night parking was a downside. The dining experience was a bit pricey, especially for basic breakfast, but the food was enjoyable. The hotel facilities were good.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a very comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, and nice thick curtains that helped with my jet lag. However, the location was a bit removed from walkable spots, other than gas stations, which was a downside. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making my experience enjoyable.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with super friendly staff. However, the dining experience could have more variety. The location is convenient, although the Wi-Fi is not provided for free.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and updated, with a nice touch of tea and coffee facilities, but the location was less than ideal as it was right next to a combination of noisy elements. The service, however, was superb, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. The dining options were good, albeit a bit pricey. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was clean and comfy, but there was a miscommunication with the booking which was a bit of a hassle. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had nice tea and coffee facilities, along with thick curtains that helped with jet lag. However, I felt the value for money was quite poor.
The hotel is ideally located with friendly staff, but the room size may not suit families. The comfortable bed and amenities are great, yet the rooms are a bit warm. The dining options are varied, with some room for improvement, while the service is exceptional.
